This tool, created by the VirginiaNavigator and The Lindsay Institute for Innovations in Caregiving, hopes that this will help make “caregivers’ lives easier.” It provides apps for self-care, coordinating care, healthy aging, medication management, social connectedness, and a list of some caregiver friendly smart home devices.
