The holidays are upon us, how are you measuring up on your caregiver stress?
There are many stress assessments out there, here is one that the Alzheimer’s Association came up with called 10 symptoms of caregiver stress. This assessment is helpful for caregivers no matter if the loved one they’re taking care of has Alzheimer’s or not.
